Terms of Service

Puni is a creative studio from Creative Intelligence. These terms describe what you can expect when you use Puni, and what we ask of you.

Your work stays yours

You keep your rights to the scenes, artwork, and other content you bring to Puni. You give us permission to store, process, render, and deliver it so the studio can work. Only upload material you have permission to use. A model import or successful render does not establish a license or make an unofficial model official.

Your account and connections

Keep your sign-in and access tokens private. An agent or connected device acts with the permissions you grant it. You can revoke those connections in Settings. Do not use Puni to break the law, violate another person’s rights, access someone else’s account, or disrupt the service.

Sharing and generation

Anyone with a live share link can view that snapshot. If you allow reuse, recipients can make their own copies. Revoking a link stops future access through Puni; it cannot remove files or copies someone already received.

Generation may send your prompt, reference images, and selected inputs to OpenAI or fal using your own provider keys. Their terms and charges apply. Review generated work before using it: results can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or subject to other people’s rights.

Paid services and availability

Where a feature is paid, Puni shows its price or credit cost before you confirm it. Stripe handles payments. Contact us about a charge or a failed delivery. Puni is still developing; features and availability may change. Keep exports of work you need independently of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Leaving Puni

Request deletion in Settings. Access tokens, connected devices, OAuth and MCP connections, share links, and stored provider keys stop working immediately. We keep your scenes, checkpoints, assets, uploads, sculpts, renders, profile, and remaining credit balance for 30 days. Sign back in during that window and your account is restored automatically. If you sign in with a new account instead, and its verified email address matches the deleted account’s verified email, your scenes and your remaining credit balance move to the new account within the same 30 days. Either way, share links, access tokens, connections, and provider keys stay revoked; create new ones.

After 30 days, permanent erasure runs in batches and your sign-in account is deleted. Restoration is no longer available. Records needed for payments, legal obligations, or security may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
