Sharing
A link opens the exact version you shared. What a viewer can do, what remixing allows, the scene menu, the embed, and your creator page.
Sharing makes a link to one saved version. Later edits stay private until you make another link. Anyone with the link can open it; nobody can find it without the link.
Open in Puni and choose the scene you want to share.
#Make a link
Press Share in the top bar, then Share a link. Each link is a row: its cover, its version, when it was made and how many times it was viewed, Copy link, and a ⋯ menu. A scene holds up to 32 live links; the list scrolls and the dialog keeps its height.
| In the ⋯ menu | What it does |
|---|---|
| Copy embed code | The iframe for a page of your own |
| Open in a new tab | The share page as a visitor sees it |
| Visitors can remix | A viewer can open the scene as a copy in their own library |
| On my creator page | The link appears on your page; see below |
| Break this link | Revokes it. Viewers who saved a picture or a copy keep what they saved |
New links allow remixing at the top sets the default for the next link you make.
#What a viewer sees
The share page is a player: play, a seek bar, loop, sound, a Scene camera or Free camera toggle when the scene has shots, full screen, and a way to hide the controls. The scene's name is a menu: who made it and when, the description, the frame and object count, the palette, the views, then Copy › link, embed code or colours, and Save › Picture, GIF or Video. See The share page.
#Remixing
A remix is a full copy, with its own history, in the viewer's library. The copy records where it came from. Your original is never touched.
#Embedding
The scene menu's Copy › Embed code is an iframe snippet. Paste it into any page. The player starts paused and muted, fits its box, and answers to a small message protocol if the host wants to drive it; see Embedding.
#Your creator page
Turn on Public page in Settings → Profile → Creator page and every live link you hold appears at puni.design/u/your-handle, newest first, with its cover. Turn a link's page switch off to keep it live but off the page. See Creator pages.
